I haven't exactly been working as hard on my fitness goals as I promised myself I would. Other than occasional walks and chasing after my increasingly mobile baby, I haven't been exercising. At all. So I haven't lost any weight.
That's the bad news.
The good news? I haven't gained any weight! The above isn't actually entirely true. I have lost weight. One pound. But I'm going to go ahead and say that's just a normal 1-5 pound weight fluctuation that we all experience. Booo!
Anyway...I decided I'm not going to track my fitness in the side bar. It makes my blog look like a late night fitness infomercial. If you're curious about my progress, it will be documented in its own "page" located at the top of the blog. Keep an eye out for other new pages soon to make their appearances as well!!
